These terms describe the basic conditions for using Missedesk, a product from Missedesk Labs LLC for missed-call text-back and appointment booking follow-up.

Use of Missedesk

Missedesk is intended for local service businesses that want to respond to missed callers, answer basic questions, and help book appointments. You are responsible for using the product lawfully and for the messages sent through your account.

Communications

You should only use Missedesk to contact customers and prospects where you have permission or another lawful basis to communicate. Message and data rates may apply to SMS conversations.

Early access

Early access features may change as we improve the product. We may add, remove, or adjust functionality before general availability.
